Worldwide shipping, direct to your door.

Processing time is 3-5 business days after your payment has been rendered, a tracking number (if applicable) will be provided to your email after that. Shipping fees depend on the weight of your items along with the destination.

We offer Shipping Insurance to protect your package against any lost or damaged shipments. For any issues reported, we will help to resolve your problems immediately.

Shipping takes about 7 to 15 business days to reach the destination. However, regional variations apply which are out of our control so we kindly ask our customers to be patient.

Delivery Time (10~20 days) = Processing time (3-5 business days) + Shipping time.

  1. a) For USA, Canada, Australia customers, it takes about 7 to 14 business days.
  2. b) For United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, and most other Europe Countries, it may take 7 to 25 business days.

c). For customers in South America, it may take 15 to 30 business days.

d). For other countries, it may take 15 to 25 business days.

  1. For Standard Rate Shipping, it usually takes 6 -10 business days to most destination countries in the world. The tracking number will usually be trackable on the respective courier website 1 to 2 days after we have shipped the goods. Occasionally, there may be a slight delay before the package(s) become trackable while they are logged by the respective shipping company. This is outside our control so we kindly ask our customers to be patient.

Return Policy

We accept cancellations if the order has not been processed or shipped. If the order is canceled you will receive a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already processed or has been shipped out.

If the package is rejected at the delivery destination, you will still be responsible for payment and shipping fee.

Returns

We are committed to providing you with quality products. If you aren’t satisfied with the size or quality of the items you receive, you may initiate a Return Request within 14 days from the date of the item’s arrival. All return requests are subject to evaluation.  Our friendly Customer Service will be more than happy to guide you through it.

  1. Please contact us via email at info@cuddlekidsclothier.com indicating your order number, the reason for return and the item(s) you would like to return, and the pictures of defective items if there are any. We have a 48-hour turnaround timeline for this initial step.
  2. We will then send you return instructions if your return is approved. please package the item(s) to be returned within the original packing and ship them within 5 days. After the 5 day timeline, we reserve the right to reject your request for return.
  3. Please put a note in the package and attach your order number, name, and contact email.
  4. Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. If you chose payment online when you placed an order, we will refund the amount to your bank card.

 

Note:

  1. For international orders, we don’t offer free return shipping.
  2. For international orders, the delivery expense are not refunded for returns based on preference.
  3. Any product with a quality defect can be returned to us for a full refund.

Return Conditions

  1. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: lingerie & sleepwear, swimwear, baby supplies, and accessories (except scarves, bags, and blankets).
  2. The items should be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unaltered to be eligible for returns/exchanges.
  3. We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with Customer Service first.
  4. We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us.
  5. We do not refund under the following circumstances:

The recipient cannot be contacted or the recipient’s address is incorrect, resulting in the logistics company being unable to deliver. The goods may be destroyed by the local logistics company.
